In 2014 our service-related sales increased more strongly than in the previous years, exceeding € 600 million for the first time. Customer focus is the most important aspect in our business, particularly in service. How can we provide tailor-made advice to the customer? How can we familiarize the customer with the handling of our products? How can we make an ongoing task even more efficient? These and similar questions are at the forefront of our minds as we endeavor to become an even better service partner to our customers. We would welcome your ideas on this.
