Our delivery times for spares we hold in stock have decreased significantly – at the Dürr headquarters in Germany, for example, the delivery time for in-stock parts has dropped to 24 hours. We have improved our worldwide warehouse management and offer customers 24/7 service hotlines. "Best-in-class-Performance" for you – this is our goal.
