Dürr service hotline: competent support 24/7
Bietigheim-Bissingen, November 2015 – The control panel displays a fault, but it is not clear how to correct it. The robot suddenly stops working. A piece of equipment fails unexpectedly and there is no spare part. Dürr continues to provide support to its customers in these situations even after commissioning has been completed. The service hotline offers competent support 24/7.
The hotline team provides immediate assistance over the phone free of charge or initiates the required steps to minimize downtime in paint shops. Dürr offers specific hotline numbers for each region. The trained employees of the mechanical and plant engineering firm speak either the customer's mother tongue or English as required.
Stickers with the relevant hotline numbers are available to ensure that the right number can be found quickly in an emergency. For all new installations, shortly after start of production, the service team places the stickers on control cabinets and panels so they are easily visible. The stickers are already displayed on most of the existing systems. In addition, customers are provided with magnets and post-it notes showing the relevant hotline numbers.
The hotline completes Dürr's service network, which ranges from planning services, maintenance and servicing through to warranty processing, repairs and upgrades as well as training and spare parts business.
